We invite you to contact us and welcome your calls, letters and electronic mail. Contacting us, however, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and our firm. Please do not send any confidential information to us until such relationship has been established by express agreement between you and our firm. Even if you are an existing client, please keep in mind that the Internet and e-mail are not secure and that there is risk in sending us unencrypted, confidential and sensitive communications. 

Use of and access to this website or any of the e-mail links contained within the site do not create an attorney-client relationship between Frejka PLLC and the user or browser. Unsolicited information sent to Frejka PLLC by persons who are not clients of the firm is not subject to any duty of confidentiality on the part of the firm.

We may collect and maintain certain information, including site visitor names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.  We may also use personally identifiable information to contact you to make sure you have received the information you requested.  We will not reveal your address or other information.  We practice ethical email communication.  We will not share your information with anybody outside of Frejka PLLC without your permission.
